Pleasant staff at the front desk.
I was shocked by the level of noise at this hotel. My non-smoking room reeked of smoke. I also had some safety concerns due to loud disturbances throughout the night.

Was a relaxing base for trip. Truly enjoyed Tyler, the hotel was well-maintained and great close to the airport. My room was comfortable modern with pleasant atmosphere, the essential amenities, and the check-out was late.

The room had a great leather recliner, made relaxing easy. It was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. I had a couple of frustrations. The breakfast wasn't that excellent, with limited options. The coffee was only in the room, and I would have liked some coffee services in the lobby. Parking was a bit tricky since there was only one entrance and exit. The noise from outside was noticeable at times, but not too disruptive. For the price, I felt it was a solid choice, but with a few tweaks, it could be much better.
